Chair Positions

These are the Chairs and Co-Chairs for the 2019 calendar year. 

• Alumnae Relations: maintains and encourages strong sisterly bonds with local alumnae chapter, as well as works to host/attend events with the alumnae chapter. 
  • Chairman: Sarah Cook, Secretary
  • Co-Chair: Jennifer Simpson
• Awards: applies for National awards on behalf of the chapter, and conducts superlatives locally.
  • Chairman: Anna Lopez, MRD
• Foundation: educates local chapter on the Tri Sigma Foundation encourages individual donations to Foundation, and plans/hosts events for Foundation. 
  • Chairman: Ashley Degenhardt
  • Co-Chair: Anna Lopez, MRD
• Fundraising: Organizes fundraisers for the chapter, ensures chapter participation in campus-wide fundraisers. 
  • Chairman: Alexis Hinter
  • Co-Chair: Skylar McElwee
• Hockey/Athletics: Coordinates the relationship between UAA Athletics department, provides volunteer and involvement opportunities to local chapter. 
  • Chairman: Brooke Badura, VPO
• Music: Teaches the chapter songs Sigmas sing, ensures that memebrs know "Stately and Royal"
  • Chairman: Anna Lopez, MRD
• Mr. UAA / Parent's Weekend: Chairman and Co-chair work together to plan and execute both important events, overseeing committee members (if applicable). 
  • Mr. UAA Chairman: Skylar McElwee
  • Parent's Weekend Chairman: Sara Schindler
• Philanthropy: Coordinates local volunteer opportunities, educates the chapter on local and national philanthropies, and plans and executes involvement with both national and local philanthropies. 
  • Chairman: Kelsey Lellig
  • Co-Chair: Jessica Reisinger, RM
• Public Relations:  Creates marketing materials for chapter (i.e. flyers and posters), coordinates badge day, ensures that all apparel follows Tri Sigma brand standards. 
  • Chairman: Diana Niburski

• Ritual: Educates the chapter on ritual attire and procedures, as well as brand standards held by Sigma Sigma Sigma. 
  • Chairman: Jennifer Simpson
  • Co-Chair: Maia Luick
• Senior Send-Off: Purchases graduation attire for graduating seniors, plans appreciation ceremonies and presentation of gifts for seniors. 
  • Chairman: Alexis Hinther
• Sisterhood: Plans sisterhood events for the chapter, announces Sister of the Month, plans Eta Zeta birthday celebrations.
  • Chairman: Jazlyn Hardee
  • Co-Chair: Augustine Hamner
• Social: Plans events with other organizations on campus, including Greek Week. 
  • Chairman: Ashley Degenhardt
  • Co-Chair: Sara Schindler
• Triangle: Collects photos and writes/submits articles to Triangle Magazine. 
  • Chairman: Lekse Leshtaeva
• Webmaster: Updates local website and operates social media on behalf of the chapter.
